Christmas is two weeks away. How is that possible?! If you’re still looking for some perfect gifts for the cook in your life – here are a few of my favorites. I use all of the following on a regular basis and couldn’t recommend them more!

I used this OXO Good Grips Batter Bowl as my only mixing bowl, for SO. LONG. The fact I only had one mixing bowl for far too many years wasn’t necessarily a problem, until I really began cookin’ up a storm and knew I needed to up my game. Finally, my good mama convinced me to expand my repertoire and get the ones below. I still love, love, love this batter bowl – especially for mixing pancakes or a small batch of cookies.
VonShef Professional 5 Piece Mixing Bowl Set Stainless Steel are actually such a good deal — five mixing bowls, five lids, and graters for the large lid!
OXO Good Grips Zester — used for almost any zesting or grating need in my house. It’s excellent for, well, zesting any citrus, but it is also perfect for grating cheese for dishes! Featured in the Spring Vegetable Risotto recipe!
OXO Good Grips Angled Measuring Cup Set — LOVE these measuring cups – no bending over at counter level to be sure you’ve measured the right amount of liquid; the angle in the cups make it so easy to see how much you’ve got while you pour!
Crock-Pot Cook’ N Carry — we just got this crock-pot last month and have used it every week since. It’s so easy to throw in some goodies in the morning and come home to a hot, home-cooked meal, with basically zero effort. Bonus: the lid clips on for easy travel this holiday season!
KitchenAid 3.5-Cup Food Chopper — this is perfect for the home cook who doesn’t necessarily need a full sized food processor. This is all I use and it’s perfect for making homemade mayo, hummus, and for the bigger jobs that I only sometimes have, I do it in batches! Check out my Basil Pesto recipe, featuring this food processor and the zester above!
Bonavita Electric Kettle — we searched for the perfect water kettle. This is no joke. It (through our search, seemed to be) the only one on the market that let you adjust the temperature by 1 degree, to set whichever specific temperature you want, outside of the pre-set temperatures.
FUN AND UNIQUE MUST-HAVES:
BonJour Crème Brûlée Set — this is THE Crème Brûlée set to have! The ramekins are the perfect shape and provide extra surface area for the perfect brûlée. You will need to buy butane for the torch.
Imperia Pasta Maker Machine — there is nothing like homemade pasta. Rolling it out and cutting it with your hands makes it that much more special, too! This pasta maker has held a special place in my heart for many years and is sure to inspire your chef of any level.
Zoku Ice Cream Maker — a bowl that makes ice cream. In an instant. It’s one of those “why didn’t I think of that?” things. All you need to do is freeze the bowl, mix up the ice cream, stir for a bit in the bowl, and enjoy. So. Amazing. There are colors for everyone in your family, too!
Aerobie AeroPress Coffee Maker — do you know a college kid who loves coffee, like, really good, french pressed coffee, but wants a quick solution between classes? Or are you always on the run in the morning but need a strong cup o’ joe? The AeroPress is the perfect solution – press out one cup of strong coffee and be on your way! This set comes with everything you need, too!
That’s a wrap for now! I hope these inspire you or the kitchen-master in your life.
You know my favorite store to be in is one with an enormous amount of kitchen and home goodies, so I’m dying to know, what’s your favorite kitchen gadget?
