A super quick, easy, flavorful chutney – perfect on sandwiches, as a marinade, dip, or dressing!
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, tightly packed
- 1 cup fresh mint, tightly packed
- 1/2 inch piece ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2–3 Tablespoons water
- Salt, to taste
- 1 Serrano pepper (optional)
- Add cilantro, mint, ginger, garlic, and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Pulse and add water, 1 Tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Add salt to taste.
