Grapefruit Mint Cocktail

 A simple cocktail made with 3 ingredients, and in less than 3 minutes – tart, refreshing, and balanced!

Ingredients

  • 56 mint sprigs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 4 oz. grapefruit juice
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, add the mint sprigs, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool, for 15, up to 30, minutes. Strain out mint leaves. Either use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  2. For one cocktail: add 1 to 1 1/2 oz. of the simple syrup, 1 1/2 oz. vodka, and 4 oz. of grapefruit juice to a glass filled with ice. Stir until combined and garnish with mint.

Notes

Store the remaining simple syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
