Ingredients
½cupunsalted butter
¾cuphot sauce, I use Frank’s RedHot
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonsoy sauce
¼teaspoonkosher salt, optional, but recommended
Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat.
Whisk in the remaining ingredients until fully incorporated. Serve immediately or let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
Notes
If storing in the fridge, the sauce may solidify somewhat from the butter. If this happens, gently reheat the sauce or place it at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes, stirring to smooth out. This recipe makes approximately 1 1/4 cup of sauce.
