15+ Savory Sauce Recipes: Homemade Buffalo Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup hot sauce, I use Frank’s RedHot
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, optional, but recommended
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat.
- Whisk in the remaining ingredients until fully incorporated. Serve immediately or let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
