A delicious appetizer that’s easy to throw together with pesto and tomato jam on hand!
- Heat grill, grill pan, or oven to 375°F. Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until marks appear or toasted. Remove and rub with garlic cloves.
- On a serving plate, layer tomato jam, pesto, and burrata. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- To serve: spread a layer of the tomato jam, pesto, and burrata on each crostini slice (I have guests serve these up themselves).
Use store-bought pesto and tomato jam to make this super quick and easy!
