  • 1/3 cup tightly packed cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 inch piece jalapeño, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (more to taste)
