Making a Valentine’s Day Board for Two is a fun, gorgeous way to snack all day or night long. Add in your favorite cheeses or charcuterie, a few sweet treats, and some spreads to mix and match with your honey!

Ingredients

This is a guideline for a Valentine’s Day cheese board; mix and match, add in what you have, and have fun with it!

  • 8 oz. wheel of brie
  • 3–4oz. blue cheese wedge
  • 4 oz. manchego cheese, slices
  • 1/3 cup Castelvetrano olives
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper jelly
  • 2–3 TBSP honey
  • Cracker crisps
  • Handful of berries
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • Something sweet: chocolate pretzels, truffles, heart candies, etc.

Instructions

  1. Place the brie wheel in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Remove and use a heart cookie cutter to cut out a heart; you may need to use a knife to help cut around the edges.
  2. Place the brie in the middle of a serving board or plate, and place the remaining cheeses apart from each other on the board.
  3. Place the olives, hot pepper jelly, and honey in small bowls, then onto the board.
  4. Lay the crackers around the board and place in the remaining ingredients around the board. Enjoy!
