FORK IN THE KITCHEN

THE EASIEST AIR FRYER BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Making frozen brussels sprouts in the air fryer is so easy! In under 20 minutes, you’ll take frozen vegetables and turn them into the perfect side dish – crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

INGREDIENTS

- Frozen Brussels Sprouts - Olive Oil - Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION

There's generally no need to preheat the air fryer for this recipe, but be sure to check your specific model's manual.

Thermometer

1

Place frozen brussels sprouts in the basket of an air fryer and toss with olive oil and salt.

2

After 10 minutes, toss the sprouts and continue cooking.

3

After 8-10 more minutes, the sprouts should be crispy and slightly-charred (which means they're caramelized and no longer bitter!).

4

Serve immediately and garnish as desired. Tahini sauce and everything-but-the-bagel seasoning are shown here.

A VIP Tip

Make sure the Brussels sprouts are in an even layer in the air fryer basket for the most even crisping and cooking.
