BANANA CAKE COOKIES

Soft and fluffy Chocolate Chip Banana Cake Cookies have a tender crumb in bite-sized form. They’re kind of like a muffin top meets a cookie meets a bite of cake…which means you’re totally welcome to enjoy them as a breakfast cookie or dessert.

INGREDIENTS

- All-purpose Flour - Baking Soda & Powder - Salt - Butter - Egg - Granulated and Brown       Sugar - Vanilla Extract - Banana Extract       (optional) - Bananas - Chocolate Chips

Whisk together melted butter, sugars, egg, and extracts. Fold in the dry ingredients until partially combined.

Add mashed banana and chocolate chips.

Fold until all ingredients are combined, being careful to not overmix.

Place dollops on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool slightly before digging in and enjoy!
