Banana Nut Muffins with Streusel

THE INGREDIENTS

- butter - flour - baking powder & soda - salt - cinnamon - granulated and brown         sugars - egg - vanilla extract - banana - nuts

Combine the streusel ingredients first.

Mix together the muffin batter, folding in the chopped walnuts.

Fill muffin tins around 3/4ths full.

Top with streusel and gently pat on top.

Bake for around 17 minutes.
