INGREDIENTS

- Macaroni or Shells - Butter - Flour - Shallot, Garlic - Milk & Cream - Taleggio  - Monterey Jack - Fresh Thyme - Parmesan Cheese - Breadcrumbs

Boil the pasta just shy of al dente, and drain.

Melt butter and saute shallot and garlic, then whisk in flour.

Whisk in the white wine, then add in fresh thyme and spices.

Whisk in room temperature milk and cream until combined.

Add Taleggio cheese and shredded Monterey Jack, stir until melted.

Pour the cheese sauce over the boiled noodles.

Transfer to a baking dish, top with parmesan and toasted breadcrumbs.

Bake until bubbly and the top is golden brown. Then, dig in!
