Homemade Caramel Syrup

Make your own caramel syrup at home with just 3 simple ingredients. Take your favorite lattes, iced coffee, and cocktails to the next level with this easy recipe. Even better? It’s budget-friendly and has much better flavor than the store-bought stuff.

INGREDIENTS

- Water - Granulated Sugar - Vanilla Extract *salt, if making salted caramel syrup!

Add sugar and water to a saucepan. Stir to combine.

Simmer over medium heat, only swirling occasionally, until the mixture turns light golden brown.

Remove from heat, and carefully whisk in hot water. Add vanilla, if using.

Let cool and use in your favorite drinks. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
