Caramelized Onion and Roasted Garlic Dip

Take caramelized onion dip to the next level with roasted garlic! The combination is *outta this world*...friends and family won't be able to stop dipping!

INGREDIENTS

- Yellow Onion - Shallot - Garlic - Mayonnaise - Sour Cream - White Pepper - Salt - Balsamic Vinegar - Stock, wine, or water - Worcestershire Sauce

Prepare the roasted garlic: cut the top off of a bulb, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil. Bake for 25 minutes.

Thinly slice a yellow onion and shallot.

Heat olive oil in a skillet; add onion slices and balsamic vinegar.

Slowly caramelize the onions, stirring only occasionally, and deglaze the pan with stock or wine.

Transfer caramelized onions and roasted garlic to a bowl; finely chop with kitchen shears.

Combine mayo, sour cream, spices, Worcheshire sauce, onions, and garlic.

Chill, then serve with potato chips or pretzels. Enjoy!
