What is Chambord?

Chambord is a raspberry liqueur from the Loire Valley of France. It’s fruity with a slightly sweet taste and a luxurious consistency.

1

Add all of the ingredients to the jar of a high-speed blender.

2

Blend on high until smooth, using the tamper as needed.

3

In batches, strain the sorbet through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.

4

Continue until all the sorbet has been strained, then discard the seeds.

5

Pour the sorbet into a freezer-safe container with a lid. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

6

Scoop and serve the sorbet. If it's been in the freezer for a while, let sit out for 10 minutes before serving.

7

Serve with additional fresh raspberries and mint as desired.
