How to Make Homemade Cold Brew Coffee

When the temperature rises, it's time for cold brew coffee. It's super easy to make, and you don't need any fancy equipment. Learn the best tips and tricks for the perfect cold brew at home every time; you'll never have bitter or watered-down iced coffee again!

DID YOU KNOW?

Grind coffee beans on the coarsest setting (or have it done at a local coffee shop).

Place coffee grounds in a quart-sized mason jar or measuring cup.

Pour filtered watered over the grounds.

Stir as needed to saturate all of the coffee grounds.

Cover, and let sit for 14-20 hours. 

Strain out the coffee using a filter and fine mesh strainer (more options in the how-to post).

Pour filtered cold brew in a glass with ice, diluting with water as needed.

Add cream or flavorings as desired.
