CREAMY GARLIC SCALLOP PASTA

Seared Scallop Pasta is an indulgent and elegant recipe for two and is easily doubled for a gathering! Spaghetti tossed in a decadent creamy garlic sauce and served with pan-seared brown butter scallops for a luxurious combination.

INGREDIENTS

- Spaghetti - Sea Scallops - Garlic - Whole Milk - Vegetable Stock - Butter - Flour - Parmesan Cheese

Boil the pasta and start the sauce by sauteing garlic in butter.

Add spices and flour, then whisk in milk and vegetable stock.

Add just under-cooked pasta and pasta water, toss, and let the pasta continue to cook.

Finish with grated parmesan cheese.

Pan-sear the scallops in butter - this goes quickly!
