They’re the perfect combination of crunchy and spicy, making them a crowd-pleaser. These bite-sized pieces of roasted cauliflower are coated in crispy panko and then tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce, giving them a bold kick in every bite.

Toss the cauliflower florets in corn starch.

Whisk together an egg, and in another bowl, combine the panko and spices.

First, coat the cauliflower in the egg, allowing any excess to drip off.

Then, use your other hand to toss the florets in the panko until coated.

Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet with an oven-safe cooling rack.

The panko really soaks in the sauce, so either toss lightly, or dip each bite into buffalo to serve.
