VEGETARIAN CURRIED CHICKPEA BURGERS
Curried Chickpea Burgers are a vegetarian’s dream when it comes to BBQs and cookouts; super flavorful and moist patties with a crisp exterior hold up to all the toppings. Your new favorite that’s easy to make in just 30 minutes!
GET THE RECIPE
- Brown Rice
- Garlic & Shallot (or onion)
- Greek Yogurt
- Lemon Juice
- Spices: cumin, curry powder, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric
- Flour & Panko
PRINT THE RECIPE
Chop the shallot and garlic in a food processor.
Add all the remaining ingredients except for the flour and panko to the food processor.
Pulse until a coarse mixture forms.
Add the flour and panko.
Pulse until the mixture forms together but some texture remains. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
Form 4 equally sized patties - working quickly because the mixture will be sticky.
Cook the patties either on the stovetop, in the oven, or air fryer.
Top with lettuce, tomato, and yogurt sauce.
