Dark & White Chocolate Mousse
30 minutes + chill
Make the Whipped Cream
Make the whipped cream in a chilled bowl and set it in the fridge.
Melt the Chocolate
Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate chunks.
Pour in Warmed Liquid
Once melted, pour in the warmed milk or crème fraiche.
Fold in Whipped Cream
Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate mixture.
Set in Serving Cups
Pipe or pour the mixture into serving containers and let chill in the fridge.
Top with additional whipped cream and/or berries and enjoy!
