5-MINUTE EDAMAME HUMMUS

Edamame hummus takes just 5 minutes to make with simple, healthy ingredients! Enjoy it as an appetizer, snack, or for lunch - and it's super festive for St. Patrick's Day!

INGREDIENTS

- Frozen Shelled         Edamame, thawed - Tahini - Garlic - Paprika - Lemon Juice & Zest - Olive Oil - Fresh Parsley, optional

In the bowl of a food processor, add the edamame, lemon zest, garlic, and spices.

Pulse the ingredients together, adding water and olive oil to smooth out as desired.

Be sure to taste test for salt levels, then enjoy with crackers or veggies!
