FRESH LEMON AND HERB TAHINI SAUCE

This creamy sauce is easy to make and ready in less than 5 minutes! It's vegan, gluten-free, and can be enjoyed as a dip or condiment!
Gather fresh parsley, chives, cilantro, lemon, garlic, olive oil, and tahini.
In the bowl of a mini food processor, add garlic, herbs, lemon zest, and juice.
Pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add tahini and olive oil to the food processor.
Pulse until combined. The tahini will seize up, this is normal.
Add cold water to the sauce and pulse until combined. Cold water will loosen the tahini.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
