this giant heart-shaped sugar cookie is soft and chewy - it has a layer of raspberry preserves and creamy raspberry frosting making it irresistible!
– unsalted butter – vegetable oil – sugars – egg – all-purpose flour – cream of tartar -baking soda – vanilla extract & salt – raspberry preserves –milk
mix together the sugar cookie dough
press into a heart (or round) shaped cookie sheet
bake for about 16 minutes until just slightly golden brown
mix together the buttercream frosting
spread seedless raspberry preserves on top and add the frosting
slice and serve
