GREEK BRUSCHETTA 

with whipped feta

Make this quick and easy 20-minute greek bruschetta the next time you need a fresh, flavorful appetizer! It’s loaded with juicy tomatoes, cucumber, and zippy red onion on a slather of whipped feta and crunchy crostini.

INGREDIENTS

- Tomatoes - Cucumber - Onion - Mint, Basil, Parsley - Dried Oregano - Lemon - Olive Oil - Feta - Baguette

Drizzle baguette slices with olive oil and bake until crispy (this is the crostini).

Place the block of feta cheese, yogurt, garlic, and lemon in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Dice the veggies and herbs; add them to a bowl.

Toss with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt to taste.

Spread whipped feta across each crostini.

Then, top each with the greek bruschetta mixture.
