EASY GRILLED ONIONS IN A FOIL PACKET

Making the best grilled caramelized onions has never been easier using a foil packet!
GET THE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet onion, garlic and onion powder, salt, and butter.
Peel the onion then slice it evently.
Place the onion slices in a large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
Toss with onion and garlic powders and salt. Dot the top with butter.
Fold the long edges of the foil over each other.
Wrap up the other edges to create a packet, leaving space inside (so don't smash it down).
Heat grill to 450F and place the packet on the grates.
Grill for about 25 minutes until tender. Shake the packet halfway through.
Use the caramelized onions to top on burgers, roasted veggies, or steaks!
