Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Stir the dry ingredients together and make a well in the middle, then add the wet ingredients inside.
Whisk the eggs and slowly mix the dry ingredients in from the edges.
Once it forms together, use your hands to mix and knead together.
Knead the dough until it all comes together.
It will be smooth, tacky - but not sticky. Let rest for 30 minutes.
It's ready when it's elastic and smooth.
Cut off a portion of the dough, then feed it through a pasta machine at the thickest setting.
Once you've made the dough thin enough, run it through the fettuccine or spaghetti setting - or cut by hand.
Place the cut noodles on a flour-lined baking sheet while preparing the rest.
Cook the noodles in boiling water - the time will depend on your shape but it goes quickly!
