HOMEMADE PONZU DIPPING SAUCE

FORK IN THE KITCHEN

Use this easy-to-make, tangy, citrusy dipping sauce with potstickers, in stir-fry, or tofu (and more!).

Toast kombu and bonito flakes in a pan (omit bonito flakes for vegetarian).

Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, strain and transfer to a jar or another air tight storage container.

Or, serve immediately and garnish as desired!
