HOW TO MAKE GRILLED CAULIFLOWER STEAKS (with chimichurri!)
FORK IN THE KITCHEN
Grilled Cauliflower Steaks are a vegetarian’s dream come true (and omnivores will love them, too!). This is an easy recipe to enjoy all summer long!
Remove the larger leaves from a head of cauliflower.
Cut the excess stem from the bottom of the cauliflower so it can stand upright.
Cut a couple inches off of two sides of the cauliflower and save the florets for another use.
Cut 2-3 cauliflower steaks from the remaining center piece.
Brush each cauliflower steak with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill the cauliflower steaks over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes a side until tender.
Serve with homemade chimichurri sauce (or another sauce of choice) and enjoy!
