How to Roast Garlic
Learn how to roast garlic in the oven or air fryer. It brings out garlic’s rich, sweet, savory, and luxurious flavor to complement many recipes. Enjoy a whole roasted garlic bulb in mashed potatoes, spread on toasted bread, in pasta, and much more.

- Garlic Bulb(s)
- Olive Oil
PRINT THE RECIPE
Cut the top end of the bulb off so that the individual bulbs are exposed, yet the bulb remains intact.
Place it on a piece of foil and a drizzle olive oil on top.
Wrap in foil and bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender (a bigger bulb may take longer).
Let cool slightly, then squeeze out the garlic cloves and use as desired.
Try in Roasted Garlic Aioli (so good for dipping!).
Spread it on bread just to eat as is - or on your grilled cheese!
Stir it in mashed potatoes.
Make olive oil dip for bread.
