Broccoli Cauliflower Cheddar Soup
Make a Roux
Sauté onion and garlic; add flour and create a roux.
Add the veggies!
Add broccoli, cauliflower, and shredded carrots. Simmer until tender.
Add shredded cheese!
Remove from heat, and add shredded cheese in batches, stirring until melted.
Enjoy with a slice of warm bread!
