IRISH CREAM CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

- Heavy Cream - Powdered Sugar - Bittersweet Chocolate - Irish Cream - Espresso Powder - Salt - Vanilla Extract

Place chopped chocolate in a glass or metal bowl over a saucepan with water to create a double boiler.

Stir the chocolate occasionally until the chocolate is melted.

Pour in room temperature or warmed Irish Cream.
