15-Minute Vegetarian BBQ Jackfruit Sandwiches

Jackfruit BBQ Sandwiches have the texture and flavor of the classic pulled pork sandwich, without the meat! You’ll love this easy vegetarian version – it’s full of flavor and ready in just 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

- Canned Jackfruit - Cumin - Garlic and onion                    powder - Chili powder - Cayenne pepper  - Mustard powder - Smoked Paprika - Oregano - Brown Sugar - Butter (or oil)

Stir together the BBQ spices and brown sugar.

Shred jackfruit apart in your hands.

Toss the shredded jackfruit with the spices until completely coated.

Cook in an even layer for 5 minutes to get some crispy bits. Toss, and cook 5 more minutes.

Stir in your favorite BBQ sauce and you're ready to serve!
