INGREDIENTS

- frozen fries - cheddar cheese - yellow onion - kimchi - gochujang - mayo - shichimi spice - chili garlic paste - scallions - green onion

Prepare frozen french fries according to package directions and begin caramelizing onions.

Stir together mayo, spices, and chili paste.

Stir together caramelized onions, kimchi, and gochujang sauce.
