Mediterranean Quiche

- Pie Crust
- Yellow Onion
- Zucchini
- Garlic
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- Basil
- Thyme
- Eggs
- Half-and-Half
- Gruyere Cheese
- Feta Cheese

Par-Bake the pie crust with pie weights (homemade or store-bought).

Meanwhile, saute the onion, zucchini, and garlic.
