MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTA WITH GRUYERE AND THYME

Mushroom Bruschetta is a super easy, warm, and comforting appetizer.  It’s rich, savory, and comes together in about 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

- Baguette - Gruyere Cheese - Mushrooms - Butter - Shallot - Garlic - Red Pepper Flakes - Salt & Pepper - Thyme

Drizzle olive oil on baguette slices and bake.

Halfway through baking time, melt gruyere cheese on crostini.

Meanwhile, cook mushrooms with shallot and garlic.

Top crostini with mushroom bruschetta mixture.

Garnish with microgreens and/or fresh thyme, and enjoy!
