MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTA WITH GRUYERE AND THYME

Mushroom Bruschetta is a super easy, warm, and comforting appetizer.  It’s rich, savory, and comes together in about 15 minutes!

This is such a delicious appetizer!  ...We ate them all in one sitting! This mushroom bruschetta is so easy, and so so yummy! Easily one of my favorite apps. -Lauren

INGREDIENTS

- Baguette - Gruyere Cheese - Mushrooms - Butter - Shallot - Garlic - Red Pepper Flakes - Salt & Pepper - Thyme

Drizzle olive oil on baguette slices and bake.

Halfway through baking time, melt gruyere cheese on crostini.

Meanwhile, cook mushrooms with shallot and garlic. It will smell SO GOOD!

Top crostini with mushroom bruschetta mixture.

Garnish with microgreens and/or fresh thyme, and enjoy!
