No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars

Creamy no-bake Oreo cheesecake bars with a light, luscious cream cheese and whipped cream filling, topped with plenty of extra Oreos and a crisp Oreo crust for the ultimate dessert!

INGREDIENTS

- Oreos - Heavy Cream - Cream Cheese - Butter - Vanilla Extract - Sugar

Add Oreos to the bowl of a food processor, then mix in melted butter until combined.

Transfer to a square baking pan, then press in an even layer to form the crust.

Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar to a chilled mixing bowl. Whip until soft peaks form.

In a separate bowl, whip room temperature cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Fold together whipped cream, whipped cream cheese, and Oreos until combined.

Spread the filling on the Oreo crust; then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Remove from pan (if desired) and top with crushed Oreos. Slice and enjoy!
