ONE-PAN SAUTEED  GREEN BEANS ALMONDINE

This Green Beans Almondine recipe is made in one pan and is ready in less than 20 minutes! It's a delicious and elegant side dish.

What is 'almondine'?

‘Amandine’ in French, is a classic French preparation of garnishing with almonds, typically in dishes prepared with butter and herbs (so yum!).

INGREDIENTS

- butter - shallot - garlic - almond slices - wine or stock - French green beans

Melt butter in a skillet, then saute shallot and garlic with a pinch of salt.

Add almond slices and then deglaze the pan with wine or vegetable stock.

Add French green beans and cover, stirring occasionally until tender.
