The Easiest  One-Pan Orecchiette  Pasta Recipe

This orecchiette pasta recipe brings together sautéed onion and broccolini with sun-dried tomatoes for a delicious, vegetarian dinner. Even better? It's ready in less than 25 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

- Orecchiette Pasta - Broccolini - Sun-Dried Tomatoes - Yellow Onion - Vegetable Stock - Parmesan Cheese - Butter & Olive Oil

PREPARATION

Use a large skillet with tall sides for best results. It needs to be able to hold all the stock and pasta!

A dutch oven will also work.

Saute onion, broccolini, and sun-dried tomatoes with salt and pepper.

Add orecchiette pasta and vegetable stock to the skillet. Boil until al dente, stirring frequently.

Once cooked, add parmesan cheese and butter, stirring until melted and combined.

Garnish with additional cheese and red pepper flakes as desired.
