An easy, 20-minute vegetarian dinner made in one pot. It's a fresh, flavorful, creamy weeknight meal!
One Pot Parmesan Orzo
Saute shallot, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Add garlic and lemon zest.
Deglaze the pan with white wine.
Bring vegetable stock to a boil.
Add the orzo.
Add broccoli with 6 minutes left of the pasta's cook time.
Let it boil until the pasta is al dente.
Stir in parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
Top with parmesan breadcrumbs and dig in!
