PUMPKIN SUGAR COOKIES: -all-purpose flour – cream of tartar – baking soda, salt - pumpkin spice, cinnamon – granulated sugar - powdered sugar - butter – vegetable oil - egg - vanilla extract – pumpkin puree
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a cookie or baking sheet with parchment if desired.
Stir together dry ingredients.
I wouldn't recommend it because there is just one egg, and that can be tricky to measure out. You can freeze any extra cookies and frost them later.
