QUICK & EASY HOMEMADE VEGETABLE LO MEIN

(VEGAN OPTION)

In under 30 minutes from start to finish, you can have homemade Vegetable Lo Mein! Make this quick and easy recipe right in your kitchen, with its savory lo mein sauce, veggies, and soft, chewy noodles.  

INGREDIENTS

-Chinese Noodles - Soy Sauce - Oyster Sauce (vegan if needed) - Sesame Oil - Onion - Snow Peas - Bell Pepper - Carrot - Garlic

Par-boil the noodles for 1-2 minutes, then drain, rinse, and set aside.

Saute the onion, then add the garlic.

Add the rest of the vegetables and saute until slightly tender.

Then, in go the par-boiled noodles and sauce. Toss together and cook for a few minutes.

Once ready, garnish as desired, and dig in!
