INGREDIENTS
- Red Cabbage
- Carrots
- Cilantro
- Mayonnaise
- Lime Juice
- Garlic Powder
- Ground Mustard
- Celery Seed
- Sugar, optional

Use a box grater or food processor to thinly slice the cabbage and shred the carrots.

Massage cabbage with salt to soften, then toss with the carrots and celery.
