Creamy Romesco Pasta with Burrata
Toss perfectly cooked al dente bucatini noodles with rich, spicy, bold romesco sauce, and top it all off with creamy burrata cheese for the ultimate pasta dinner! It’s bold, flavorful, and easy to make (vegetarian, too!)!

- Bucatini (or spaghetti) Pasta
- Burrata Cheese
PRINT THE RECIPE
Make the romesco sauce in a food processor if you don't already have it.
Melt butter and add romesco sauce; then stir in pasta water.
Toss al dente pasta with the sauce until coated.
Either melt burrata into the pasta, or tear it into pieces on top.
Serve and garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
