SAUTEED SKILLET BRUSSELS SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS

- Brussels Sprouts - Olive Oil - Shallot - Garlic - Balsamic Vinegar (opt) - Maple Syrup (opt) - Parmesan Cheese (opt)

Thinly slice the Brussels sprouts using a food processor or mandoline.

In a hot skillet with oil, add shredded sprouts and thinly sliced shallot. Saute, then add the garlic.

Stir only occasionally to encourage crisping. Once tender, remove from heat.
