- Brussels Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar (opt)
- Maple Syrup (opt)
- Parmesan Cheese (opt)
PRINT THE RECIPE
Thinly slice the Brussels sprouts using a food processor or mandoline.
In a hot skillet with oil, add shredded sprouts and thinly sliced shallot. Saute, then add the garlic.
Stir only occasionally to encourage crisping. Once tender, remove from heat.
Stir in balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, if using.
Add parmesan cheese, as desired, and enjoy!
