creamy roasted garlic aioli
recipe is bright, tangy, and you won’t be able to stop dipping it!
GET THE RECIPE
Cut the top off a bulb of garlic to prepare it for roasting.
Place the bulb on foil, then drizzle with olive oil and wrap the foil around it.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until tender.
Add mayonnaise to a bowl (that's our shortcut!).
Squeeze in the cooled garlic bulbs.
Use a fork to mash the garlic. Alternatively, you can chop them before adding.
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and add salt to taste.
Stir to combine. Garnish with chives or herbs as desired, then dip away!
Add it as a dip to potatoes, on a sandwich or with fries or veggies!
