HOT CRAB SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Homemade Crab Spinach Artichoke Dip is an easy-to-make, crowd-pleasing appetizer dip! Loaded with crab meat, artichokes, fresh spinach, and a cheesy base – it’s all topped off and baked with crispy breadcrumbs for an irresistible texture combination.

– Unsalted butter – Shallot – Garlic – Cayenne pepper – Artichoke hearts – Baby spinach – Sour cream – Parmesan cheese – Cream cheese – Lemon – Gruyere Cheese – Claw Crab Meat – Salt & Pepper

INGREDIENTS:

Saute the shallot, garlic, baby spinach and artichokes together.

Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan to a large mixing bowl.

Add the sauteed veggies to the bowl and stir to combine.

Fold in the crab meat. 

Once the mixture is in the baking dish, top it with the breadcrumb topping. 

Now, tough question: WHAT will you eat this with?? Try warm naan bread, tortilla chips, crackers, crostini or pita crackers.
