EASY SHRIMP STIR FRY

Make this easy shrimp stir fry recipe for a quick dinner that’s ready in just 20 minutes! It’s made with a flavorful homemade stir fry sauce and tons of fresh veggies that you can absolutely mix and match – so customizable!

INGREDIENTS

- Stir Fry Sauce (recipe             included!) - Shrimp - Bell Pepper - Broccoli - Carrots - Garlic - Ginger

Can I use different vegetables?

Whisk together the stir fry sauce and set aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet with a little oil, then cook the shrimp halfway through. Remove.

Cook the broccoli, then add the bell pepper, carrots, garlic, and ginger.

Add stir fry sauce and bring to a simmer.

Add shrimp back into the wok and continue to simmer until shrimp is cooked through and sauce is thick.

Serve with rice and garnishes as desired - and enjoy!
