Peanut Butter Brownie Skillet
2 - 4 servings
peanut butter & chocolate chips
Whisk together the egg, sugar, and oil.
Stir in the dry ingredients and peanut butter chips.
Spread in an 8-inch cast-iron skillet or baking pan.
Serve warm with ice cream for best results!
