Southwest Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

This salad is full of flavor and texture, and incredibly easy and quick to throw together for a weeknight dinner or fulfilling meal-prepped lunch!  

INGREDIENTS

- Romaine Lettuce (or mixed greens) - Black Beans - Red Bell Pepper - Frozen Corn - Avocado - Jalapeno - Tomatoes - Cilantro - Feta or Cotija - Honey Lime Dressing

Whisk together the dressing ingredients, slowly adding the oil...or just shake it all up in a jar!

Add all the salad ingredients together in a bowl.
