What You'll Need:
- Vegetable Oil
- All-Purpose Flour
- Baking Powder
- Vanilla Extract
-Cream of Tartar
- Granulated Sugar
- Powdered Sugar
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Cardamom
PRINT THE RECIPE
Use a hand mixer to combine the dough, and chill for 15-30 minutes for best results.
Mix together the blend of sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.
Place a rolled cookie dough ball in the spice mixture. A shallow dish or small bowl works best.
Roll the dough ball until completely coated in the sugar-spice mix.
Bake until just set and the edges begin to turn slightly golden brown.
Enjoy with coffee, tea, or all on their own!
