INGREDIENTS

- Water - Sugar - Strawberries (fresh or frozen) - Lemon Juice (optional)

1

Place sugar, water, and quartered strawberries in a saucepan.

2

Bring to a simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries are pale and soft.

3

Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve.

4

Do not press it but let it just drip through, or the syrup will be cloudy.

5

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

6

Enjoy in your coffee, lattes, tea, cocktails, and more!  RECIPES >>>
